The tour was informative but the walking portion was too short. I did not take the cruise portion so did have several hours to explore the city unguided. Still worth it though for a quick visit to Quebec.

Excellent guide, wish we were able to try one or two more types of food but overall this was a great tour. The food included was great; had macaroons with coffee, pate, cheeses and ice cream.
