Exceptional service and food would make it a 5 star. Mind you this is not up to par with how you would rate hotels. The high rating is mostly related to the experience! Better to see Liberty here than actually on Liberty Island. Enough said.

Highly recommended. We have wonderful pictures at our fingertips. We hit everywhere we wanted to go (took the 3 hour tour). He was very informative on everything. Wish this service was available for such great price in every big city. Would do it again!

Was nice to already have tickets in hand. Still needed to wait in line to get to top of Empire and to wait in line for ferry. Guggenheim was a disappointment, a lot of construction till October (FYI). Would have been nice to have time to utilize all tickets with the time we had.
