We went on many great tours with Viator but this one we do NOT recommend. It was the worst tour we have ever been on. The bus missed us the first day, and could have again the next day because they pulled up farther down the street, the bus was not branded with the vendor's name and no one was wearing or could be identified as a tour representative.
When we got on the bus, the person who greeted us said we were picking up the guide at the next stop, so we have no idea who he worked for and he could not answer any questions we had. The guide was immeadiately rude to us when he got on the bus and his rudeness and unpleasant manner continued throughout the day. There was confusion about what we booked and the guide actually yelled at us when we tried to correct the situation.
We spent 3 hours picking up people for a total of 6 hours with drop offs and only 4 hours in Gibraltar. After 5.5 hours of driving, we finally came to a place that had a restroom break. Unacceptable!
There is not much to see besides a big rock and say that you looked across to Africa. The food was awful and the town was very dirty. The customs process was also tedious.
This tour is actually 11-12 hours, but we really did not get to see much of Seville. A Plaza, the Cathedral and a little free time ande that's it! It was very rushed. We thought we would get to see a lot from the boat ride on the river and that turned out to be a waste of what little free time we had as you got to see very little from the boat.
This is a wonderful tour and a must do, in fact I would book a full day so you have time to do everything that is offered. We ran out of time to do all that we wanted. Wander around, walk/hike to the cliffside dwellings, see the monestary. Take the funicular to the top. Be sure to go on the morning tour and touch the black virgin first thing when you get there as the line gets long. Get back into the monesary early so you get a seat to listen to the boys choir sing at 1:00. An amazing 10 minutes of sound that seeps into your soul.
Segovia is an amazing town and an absolute must do tour. The acqueduct is beautiful, however it is the town that is amazing to wander through. I would skip the lunch and simply grap something or bring a sandwhich and spend more time seeing the city, it is that pretty.
