Chicago Airport Roundtrip Transfer

My Review: Pic up at ohare airport was not good, I waited at the correct spot for almost 1 hour before I got picked up. The Airport Express shuttle passed by frequently and none stopped, When I finally got picked up I had to get off the bus and go inside a different terminal to change my tour paperwork for my roundtrip tickets, wasteing more time, The desk at the terminal was manned but the person said he was closed and could not do the exchange??? Made no sense. The druver going and returning niether were freindly nor very intereted in doing a good job. With that said, the shuttle works ok, it does get you to your hotel The return trip was on time and much more efficent. I would use this service again and would recommend it, just don't be in a hurry when you arrive at the airport.
