Enjoyable day. Lots to learn in the market, though it felt like we were there quite a long time! The cookery class was the best part! Great understanding the preparation of each dish. No real hands on cooking on the hob or in the oven, as kitchen not built to do that. But the rest was great!

We had such a great evening with the team. The seething for cooking was great, though would have liked bigger space! Then downstairs to the place where we ate was so beautiful. What an experience. Time to laugh and learn along the way. Thank you
