Tour was great, got an excellent overview of Pompeii from a knowledgeable guide. Our guide had worked for two years in restoring Pompeii so she was very familiar with the site. Even though it was raining and a miserable day when we went, our guide made the tour fun and very worthwhile. Our guide knew lots of hidden secrets about Pompeii that you wouldn't get just walking around by yourself. It was a little hard to hear the guide, so make sure you stay close.
The tour guide we had was excellent and made this tour extremely worthwhile! She was an art history major and knew all kinds of information about everything in all the Vatican museums and helped explain the meaning behind all of it. The tour was excellent, getting to see a lot of stuff in a short amount of time, but it did not feel too rushed. This tour was the highlight of our trip to Italy, so it is definitely recommended! Each person was given a headset to be able to hear the guide, so this was helpful to still be able to hear with all the crowds and when you couldn't stay right next to the guide.
Tour was pretty good, got to see a good overview of Florence. There were no headsets for most of the trip, so it was often difficult to hear our guide. The guide did give a lot of good information about all the art and sculptures in the Accademia, which was very helpful. It says you get to skip the lines, which is somewhat true, but really you just get to join the line with all the other "skip-the-line" tours. We actually waited in line for about 25 minutes. Overall, still a pretty good tour.
