Nice tour of the main sites in comfy bus, great skip the line to Eiffel and nice cruise. Cruise you can use anytime so we were not limited to use on the day and we went on a less busy day. Very nice.

Great enthusiastic guide was a bonus. Thanks Randa! It was good to hear about the Paris history in the walking tour, and we had skip the line access to the Notre Dame. Wear comfortable shoes and go right up to the top for the view!

Fantastic guide from Explore Catalunya Tours. Very funny, very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about Barcelona. The views from the mountain were fantastic, choir was angelic and also the tour to the Cava estate was fantastic as well. Well worth it.

Good insider knowledge of the must eat places and places to visit. Friendly and informative guide. We visited the not so famous places but food was just as nice and pleasant to eat at. Nice start to our trip to get out and about and eat the delicacies of Barcelona.

Easy to locate the tour bus area for CAF tours. We had entry into the Miracle square and a great guide into the cathedral. Then approx an hour left to explore the small square including the Pisa.
Well organised and a nice short tour to see what you need to see and go back to Florence.

Fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed the tour provided by Walkabout tours. Guide was very knowlegeable and took us to areas we would have never seen by bus or car. The vintage vespas were an absolute delight, and the food provided was the best proscuitto and cheses ever.
This was our highlight of Florence. The tour and guide were very well organised. A must do to do in Florence- after all the museums and walking, this was the fun day to explore the beautiful scenery of Florenc with style. We definately will do this again!!

Great CaF tours again- easy to find location and very well organised.
Got fantastic bargains and travelled by very comfortable bus.
Maybe the only thing is that the first two stops may be missed and they should head straight to the Malls outlets. Thats where the bargains were. The other two were a little disappointing but we used that to go have lunch, toilet breaks to lead up to The Mall.
Its prib cheaper to go by bus but after buying so many items we were glad to go by our designated shuttle as it was less troublesome to fight piblic transport after a long day.
Great tour.

A small bus came to pick us up from our hotel at 7am then we headed to the tours shop. Small bus was late 15 mins which was ok, but when we got to the tour site, they were very disorgnaised. We were asked for our vouchers/ ticket four times by diff people, then thye put us on another bus. Ten mins later, they put us on another larger bus. This was annoying as we had our luggages moved three times and moved buses twice.
Eventually we left at 8am. Some people had been waiting from their hotel since 630. We left and arrived in florence almost 45 mins late. Supposed to arrive 1130am.
The bus continued on as a tour but as we purchased only the shuttle fr Rome to Florence they had to dropo us off at a designated point near the Accademia gallery. Instead, they dumped us at the tour site of michealangelo (first stop) and told us to catch a taxi to our hotel. They didnt even drop us off at the designated stop. When others complained they rang thr tour who told them to tell us to leave us at the statue of michealangelo. So we paid 15 euros for a taxi.
Disorgansied tour and not worth it. This was the worst service we had for our 5 viator tours.

Trying to find the spot to meet the guide was a little unclear but we got there early just in case.
Tour was amazing, our guide Damien was great and funny.

We paid extra to get the additional access to areas, well worth it.
Fantastic day throughout. Thebother guides Sabrina and Stella were also great. It was a fantastic tour by the Dark Rome tour company.
