Loved the convenience and the routes hit all the high spots. One criticism is that the last trip of the day is not well publicized and people were repeatedly caught far from their destination. It would be helpful to have that announced or posted more visibly throughout the day.

This was not a success for us. Having only one location to pick up the pass was quite an inconvenience; hard to get too find and get to when you are new to the city. Lost a lot of time on a one day pass would. It do it again.

Great experience. Had a hard time finding the right desk to trade on the voucher. Went to three before someone directed us appropriately. Otherwise the Eye was great fun as was the cruise. A must do for a London visitor
