This was a wonderful trip. My wife really enjoyed the boat trip, the scenery, and the visit to Melk. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and kept us informed at all times and the transportation accomodations were world class.

I would rate this trip 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude person that answered the phone when I called the tour company asking for information on how to get to the tour meeting point. He was very sarcastic in his responses and very displeased that I was so ignorant of how to get around in Vienna. They should be more professional and willing to help people with directions and the like even if some of the questions sound trivial to them. Being our first time in Vienna (and Europe for that matter), I had to ask questions to make sure I wouldn't miss our tour.
