Fantastic trip special thanks to the tour company - we missed our Saturday trip because of a 14 hour delay at San Francisco airport caused by the truly incompetent United Airlines. The representative rearranged our Grand Canyon trip to the Tuesday free of charge.That's what I call REAL customer service.
