They arrived on time and provided excellent service. However if you do not have as many bags as we did you can economically take a bus from most of the major squares directly and cheaply to the airport.

Arrived on a holiday,so unable to obtain our 4 day pass. By the time we located the tourist center we lost time second day. The city, easy enough to walk without the use of metro / bus transfers. The free museums, no time for. We obtained discounts due to senior status. We saved nothing. Had own map

Our flight had been delayed. After finding Company for transport they called and he was there within 5 minutes. He had been waiting for us. He had difficulty locating the hotel but we eventually found it because he called the hotel's number and got directions. A very good experience.
