Was a great tour, collected on time, guides arranged everything for the kayaking and snorkelling, we had a great day and returned to the hotel exactly on schedule

a great day trip. Pyramids were amazing. Only downside was the cost of some of the items in the artsian place we were taken to. I purchased here but later saw much cheaper items for 0.95 silver jewellery

Tour was disappointing. Guide did not control the group and others kept wandering off or stopping to shop when we were meant to be walking together as a group. Would have been solved by simple instructions that there would be 'own time' later. Issues with some people having paid for lunch but the guide not having it recorded as such, so they had to pay for themselves. New cost for entry to archological zone in Cholula was not explained that we were missing out on largest pyramid (not realised until later when I reviewed the itinerary that is what we did not see due to a small additional fee).
