We stayed at the Inercontinental hotel in Budapest, and the tour meeting point was there, so for us that was a plus, the tour was very interesting, I do recomend it, the only downside for us, is that it ends outside the Parliament, it does not take you back to the pick up place, found out at the end of the tour.

Arrived in Budapest at around 11:30PM, I phoned one day before flying to confirm my pick up, we were a party of 6 and had asked for a private transfer, everything was OK, when we got out of customs, we were going to be greeted by our driver with a sign, it was 12:05 am and no one was there, waited 20 min, tried to phone but offices are closed at 12 am, so we had to take a Taxi from the airport to our hotel by this time it was 12:45 am, and after being on airplanes and airports for almost 23 hours you dont want that to happend, next day I phoned to let them know, and they told me to send a complaint by email (the phone call cost me). I didnt see a reply, but when I got home 18 days latter a refund had been issued to my card, this was the only possitve experience.
