My Rating
The service was efficient, arriving on time both at the port and in Rome. The only reason I would not rate 5 stars is because one of the drivers spoke virtually no English, and the other spoke just enough to get by. We were unsure of where we were to be picked up due to the communication issue. All worked out well, though. I would recommend the service, but would suggest having drivers fluent in the language of the party being serviced.

We got to see very little as the hop on/hop off circuit runs in excess of 3 hours and we only had 3 hours to spare before meeting our privat transfer back to the cruise port. After boarding the bus near the Vatican, we spent an hour getting to the Bus Terminal stop, where the shuttle quit running for 30 minutes. This was terribly inconvenient for anyone on a limited time frame. We ended up cabbing to the Forum on our own, and only got to see half of the sites on the route. Not an efficient operation unless you have an entire day to spend. Very slow moving and long wait times at each stop, exclusive of the 30 minute shutdown at the bus station. Would not recommend

The Vatican Walking Tour was worth every penny. Our guide, Rosanna, was wonderful, spoke perfect English, was extremely knowledgeable and moved us through the entire museum smoothly through the unbelievable crowds. She was delightful and the tour was first class.
