My Review: A wonderful experience, the tour encompassed so much and was so well organised with an amazingly knowledgeable tour guide that had us all enthralled with the history of Ancient Greece. The accommodation each evening was wonderful with great meals and having lunch stops organised for us was a bonus rathet than having to find somewhere to eat.

Mont Saint Michel Day Trip

My Review: On leaving Paris, it was raining and we drove through fog and snow, but by the time we arrived at Mont St Michel, the sky was vibrant blue and it was quite warm and welcoming. A trip not for the faint hearted with lots of stairs to climb, but it is worth it as the views are amazing. Our guide was very passionate and gave us a day to remember.

My Review: A great night even though we had to go to the 11pm show and got back to our apartment at about 2.30am, which meant a late start in the morning. When you are on a strict time line, this was a bit disappointing but well worth it.

My Review: The guide was very knowledgeable and as I was in a group of only 3 she had time to give one on one attention to questions. I have visited the Vatican before but saw it through entirely different eyes as if for the first time. In my opinion this is the only way to absorb all there is to see in the Vatican and St Peter's and the cost I thought was very reasonable for what i got out of the tour.

My Review: My third visit to Walter Peak and still a delightful experience! The trip across the lake is very picturesque and the time at the farm is well spent with getting an insight into the workings of a sheep property. The hospitality of the ladies that provided such a wonderful afternoon tea was a highlight of the trip for my friend and I.

Skippers Canyon 4WD Tour from Queenstown

My Review: Wow, this is a must do in Queenstown! We were collected from our hotel by our driver who gave us an adventure to remember. I have done all the usual "thrill seekers" things there are to do in this piece of paradise but I had my breath taken away a few times on this four hour trip through Skipper's Canyon. The scenery is spectacular and our very skilled driver was very informative about the area and could negotiate the rugged terrain and hairpin bends with ease. I can highly recommend this trip as one not to be missed!

My Review: A long day but worth the early start and late finish. The snow fall was quite substantial which made it even more amazing for someone from sunny Queensland. I would do it again given the opportunity and the bus ride back was I thought even more spectacular the the train trip up to St Moritz.

Versailles Small Group Day Trip from Paris

My Review: A fantastic day, the guide was very good and she went out her way to make it a very memorable experience. It had snowed overnight and she thought we may have only been able to do the tour of the Palace but as luck would have it the sun shone by lunch time and the park was opened up. Lunch was great and the tour of the Trianon, Petit Palace and Marie Antoinette's Hamlet were wonderful, a tour I would highly recommend for a complete overview of Versailles.

My Review: I felt it was bit disjointed, we were dropped off at the Eiffel Tower shown where to catch the boat for the Seine Cruise and picked up by another bus tour as a tag on to drive around the streets for the Illuminations Tour, I would not do it this way again.

My Review: In hindsight would have been better just with a Museum Pass as I didn't use the transport card as everything was within easy walking distance of my hotel and some of the attractions of the Paris Pass such as Opera Garnier were on certain days that did not fit in with my schedule. But if you have the time and are staying out of the city it is certainly worth spending the extra money for the complete package.

My Review: In hindsight, it would have been better to take the flight package with this trip rather than the very lengthy and uncomfortable van tour. I had booked a Luxury SUV tour, but was put on a van. The Skywalk was good and the scenery spectacular, but the ranch was not worth the time we spent there. Once again I would recommend taking the flight rather than the van, which would give you more time to do other things.

My Review: This is a great way to familiarize yourself with the city and see most of the sites. I was disappointed that we didn't get to the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park, which was my main reason for booking this tour, but construction work within the park made it impossible.
