The transport shuttle was very clean and big enough for all pick ups along the way. It was on time. The driver was dressed professionally and polite. He helped us with our luggage. Good service. The service is dependable vs the cabs at 4AM who are out trolling to pick up fares and not to be trusted. Our driver had all our flight information and had us delivered directly to our terminal at the airport. No hassles. We felt safe. In Barcelona it is a good idea to use private hire taxis when going to the airport in the wee hours of the morning.

Our driver was waiting outside the terminal with a sign to identify himself. The vehicle was a Mercedes. Very clean and spacious for 4 people. He was professional and spoke English, highlighting a few spots on the way. He knew exactly where to take us and helped us load and unload our luggage. Private hire was a good idea. The waiting line at the cruise terminal was very long for regular taxis to pick up the remaining passengers. Most of the taxis were small and unkempt. We felt safe and enjoyed the ride into the city. No waiting in line.
Worth every penny.

It is a bit of a walk to the water taxi from the airport terminal, and finding the Kiosk responsible for Viator taxi was not easily marked, but after asking for directions we did find it. The water taxi boat was beautiful and well kept. We had a scenic ride through the waterways with 2 other couples. Lots of room and private, unlike the crammed public water taxis. The boat operator was very nice, dressed professionally and well groomed. He assisted us with our luggage and transfers on /off the boat. Highly recommended as a way to see the canals and scenic views of Venus as you enter the city to get to your destinations. The only drawback is that they cannot stop right at your hotel and you are left to find your accommodations pulling your luggage behind you as you walk through the narrow streets from your drop off point. Make sure you have specific directions to your hotel prior to leaving from your predetermined drop off point. Makes it easier to find your way. Overall we would do it again just for the scenic ride. Well worth the money.
