the trip to Versailles and Giverny was well organized. we had plenty of time to see everything. I enjoyed the Lunch before Versailles. Our guide was very professional. I had a great time.

let me start by saying, aviator should not ask client to call the Paris office if the phone will be busy the day. I had to go to the office to confirm my trips. I enjoyed London but was disappointed with the trip organization. the guide was on time taking us to the train station but we were not cleared about her role. after dropping us at the train station, we were on our own to figure out London. did not tell us someone will meet us at the station to change the voucher for the bus ticket that you need to get on and off the bus. We had to wait 1hour for the bus because the train arrived 7 minutes before the bus left the station, not enough time to get outside for the bus.
