Fantastic. This is a must do. It had a little bit of everything. Drivers were great, vehicles were in top condition, camp site was well set up and the meal was great. Just do it !!

Very impressed. A rep was waiting for me at the airport when I arrived. He provided me with a pack confirming the remaining of the tours I booked through Viator, the times I would be collected from the hotel for each and the name and phone number for a contact in case of any issues. He then escorted me to the car that took me straight to the hotel. VERY impressed.

I have caught the hop on hop off bus in many cities around the world but this probably isn't one of the better ones really. On the positive, the routes are excellent, the stops are easy to find and the commentary (when you can hear it) is good. Unfortunately, not all buses have decent shelter from the sun on the top deck (which is a necessity, not a luxury in 40 plus degrees) which mean they are not good for site seeing. However, they also don't run that often (every 30 mins from 9ish to 5ish depending on where you board) so they're not that good as transport either. Some hotels are near stops where the first bus arrives closer to 10am. At the end of the day, the last buses leave each stop around 5pm but they finish at the end of the route. So if you get on at stop 10 like I did and need to get off at stop 2, you're out of luck - the last bus doesn't go that far. So realistically, to get back to my hotel, I would have had to get the 3pm bus. Does leave much time in between for site seeing I'm afraid. Probably better off getting the evening bus (which is a different ticket and extra cost) to hear the commentary, then catch the train to get around during the day. Also about 80% of the ear phone sockets were broken.

Excellent introduction to the city. Good itinerary and well paced. The bus was really well air conditioned which was much appreciated. The guide was very knowledgable and get excellent commentary on the sites, the history and the culture.

Well timed, punctual and good driver.
