Our guide Nicola (guy) was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable, witty and able to keep track of his group while explaining history, art and architecture at the same time. The tour lasted for a little more than 3 hours but it did not feel like 3 hours at all. Nicola left us alone for a few minutes in the Sistine Chapel but he explained plenty of details when we regrouped later before exiting the chapel. The tour was very well organized with plenty of time to go to the restroom and to sit and rest. I'd love to go again only if I'm guaranteed that Nicola will be our guide!

The tour was very well organized. We had a very knowledgeable guide (sorry I fogot his name) with a great sense of humor. He did not mind answering various questions and pointed out lots of details and wonderful views of the Alhambra. He also kept track of everybody in his group by going out of his way to find one member who was not come back from the restroom break. He also made sure everybody made it back to the end of the tour and got a ride back to their hotels or the city as one could easily get lost in the Alhambra and the Gardens. I highly recommend this tour!

Pros: small group (10 people), maybe because it was raining (?); Cons: paperwork said Guidatours will be outside the train station, we found the kiosk but there was nobody there; had to call their office and they were actually across the street; guide's English was hard to understand (Marion); break was only 10 minutes where restrooms and cafeterias had mile-long lines; not enough content in the tour/discussion;
