Something of an anti-climax. Staff were friendly but access didn't run exactly like a well-oiled machine. Lift (elevator) impressive. Glass surprisingly marked, a problem trying to take photographs. As also were reflections. Overcast day not good and very cold (well it is high). Go back in Summer.
