Cinque Terre Day Trip from Milan

My Review: Our guide was disorganized and offered very limited relevant commentary. But this was the only way we realistically could get to Cinque Terre from Milan, so we were glad we took the tour. The spectacular scenic beauty more than made up for the mediocre guide.

Lucerne City Tour

My Review: This was little more than bus transportation to Lucerne. Had we known this, we would have taken one of the regular trains from Zurich and had our choice of departure times. When we arrived, the check-in agent did not initially honor our Viator voucher; she made us wait 20 minutes before she could phone to verify our reservation.

My Review: An amazing experience all around. Our guide, Kid, wasn't always easy to understand, but he knew the tricks of the trade, had a wonderful sense of humor, and led us through a tour we will never forget.
