A great tour of Tuscany and our tour guide Tiffany kept us entertained and updated us on the Italian way of life. Winery visit and meal was well organised and the visits to the towns and abbey was excellent. The only thing they need to improve on was the quality of the audio mic given to the tour guide for the hour town tour, they need the types used by the rome walking tour which worked 300-500 mtrs away from the guide. A nice way to sit back as see to Tuscany from Rome in a full day and lots of photos taken. If you travel in later September the fields had been ploughed up so you didn't get the green field photos of D'Orca.

If you love to learn new things and have never had the confidence to cook pasta this is for you! We had an awesome half day with Mita. The wines and food were outstanding, not just because we made the pasta. The Rome Walking Tour was great to do in the early part of your trip as it gets your bearings and history intro into Rome. The five stars was due to the cooking class, a highlight of our trip. Fabio came to see us and we were very lucky that the class turned out to be just us two...vip class....
