Didn't enjoy D and G and Fashion Valley. Enjoyed the Mall but too short i.e 3 hours in view of the crowd at the outlet thus 3 hours are insufficient. I suggest at least 6 hours at the Mall as there are many outlets/boutiques that customers can visit and do shopping.

The tour guide in Pisa (Alicia) is a very sweet lady. She ensure those in her group are accounted and taken care of. Nothing much in here other than visiting the church and taking pictures at the Pisa Tower, but it was worth it.

I think the briefing by the tour guide can be shorten to allow us to walk around Venice and enjoy the island. I find it quite short trip as we didn't really explore much Venice. The Murano visit was good. But a day trip to Venice is worth it if you don't intend to overnight in the island.

It was awesome as the views are breathtaking. But nothing much in Heidiland other than going up the hill. My children enjoyed the snow, but other than that, nothing much for the children. Liechtenstein was great, quite short.

Awesome! The tourist guide is so friendly and informative. She keeps us informed on loads of info while we are on the way to Rhinefalls. The same for Zurich City Tour. Both are worth it!

I find it boring. Plus not suitable for young children. The visit to La Scala - frankly, not suitable for young children. Then to Duomo. Again, with young children - not suitable. Best that you do tour of your own in Milan. Nothing much in Milan for the children.

It is a must! An opportunity for you to enjoy Rome in total! Highly recommended!

The best amongst all the tour we booked with Viator. Our tour guide - Ciara, is the best tour guide. She has great sense of humour and very informative. My 2 young children admire her and they learnt quite a lot during this tour. They love Ciara! She is also very attentive and always ensure that we are with the group as there are 3 young children with us. She didn't leave us out. Keep checking on us, patient and addressing us as "happy family". She thought the boys the correct pronounciation of some Italian words etc. Thank you Ciara as you have made my children enjoyed the tour despite 3 hours of walking. Kudos!
