This was a really nice tour.  We missed the changing of the guard which we didn't mind as we had seen it earlier in the week.  But for the other couple, it was disappointing.  Also, the Fragonard tour was nice, but we felt very pressured to buy stuff.

Absolutely excellent.  The driver stopped at every stop and you weren't made to feel that you needed to rush off the bus.  A great way to see this small principality.

OK...so I only gave this 3 stars because it is much cheaper to do this on your own.  First, check for tickets on the Warner Bros. website...if they're available for the date you want to visit, take the train and the studio has a free shuttle.  Otherwise, because you don't know how big the studios are, you feel very rushed.  We couldn't get photos taken at the various stops because we were rushed.  You're only alloted a certain amount of time, which is not enough.. We were 2 adults with not enough time....I can't imagine if we had kids with us!  And, don't try to get on a bus other than your assigned bus...you are told to get off.  

Do it yourself and plan to spend at the very least 4 hours, not the 3 alloted.

This was not a shared transfer but a private car.  Quite the nice surprise.  Arrived on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to check in.

This wasn't a shared transfer but a private one.  However, the driver wasn't waiting for us and we had to ask the airport information desk to call.  He showed up 15 minutes later.  Then he hadn't topped up his car parking ticket so we had to wait for that.  He also took a very roundabout way to the hotel.

Awful!!!  Of over 30 stops the bus stopped at 2.  Also, if you were sitting on the upper deck, you had to get up prior to your stop, walk while the bus was still moving to get down in time to disembark.  Completely unsafe.  Definitely not worth it.

Could barely understand the guide.  The wine tour was ok but just as an FYI...the winery does not accept credit cards.  Cash only so if you're planning on buying anything make sure you have enough Euros with you.

We arrived at 9:50pm and the girl was closing up.  We had to demand that she take care of all of us.  There were 7 people waiting and the driver wasn't there.  He showed up at 11:00pm then spent 15 minutes gossiping with other drivers.  Beware...if you arrive any time other than day to early evening, book elsewhere.  You'll be in trouble.  This is definitley not a 24 hour service as described.

Because of traffic, the tour didn't go to all of the places as advertised.  The tour guide was absolute garbage.  He would point to things as we were driving by saying over there is where so and so lives, etc.  It was the absolute worst ever tour I have ever taken.  I went so far as to write Viator when I returned to the hotel to complain.  You are better off going to Abbey Road on your own.

A beautiful ride to the Temple.  We had Doreen as our tour guide and she was excellent.  Very informative and helpful.  We had her for another tour in the morning and thoroughly enjoyed it.  She saw us on the street a few days later and remembered us!  She really knows her stuff and made the tour fun and informative.  A must do just to get away from the city!

An excellent tour.  Doreen was our tour guide and she was very informative and fun.  She made sure everyone could hear her and we were all together.  She never rushed us and let us wander about and ask questions.  The stop at the ceramic store was an added bonus.  It had beautiful items and jewellry and great prices!

An absolute must do!  Despina was our tour guide and she had an amazing way of blending the past with the future.  If you take this tour and are lucky enough to get Despina, say Hallelujah!  You've got one of the best tour guides ever.  It is ALOT of walking and she makes tons of stops along the way.  She has it timed so we were at the Parliament for the changing of the guiard.  She explained it beforehand so we knew what we were looking at.  In the park, she warned us to watch out for pickpockets.  She also always stopped to tell us something in the shade.  I wrote the tour company after to say how wonderful this tour and particularly this tour guide was.

He was bang on time and very nice.  He could have used a shower and unfortunately I was behind him in the car with the windows open.  You can imagine.  He was also a very fast driver.  However, again he was bang on time, got us to the right terminal and took care of our bags so I really shouldn't complain.

The tour guide that took us to the Palace was fabulous. When we got on the bus, it was a waste. The tour guide spoke this huge amount in Spanish and then gave quick little description in English after we passed what we were supposed to see. We spent 15 minutes at a "specially" opened Hard Rock Cafe getting out free Pepsi. All in all, my advice skip this tour, book a hop on hop off bus and also book a tour of the Palace on your own. Very disappointing.

While this was a nice trip, it would have been nicer if we weren't rushed through the Valley of the Fallen with only 30 minutes to see it and get back to the bus. The tour of Toledo was also nice but it would have been nice to allow time to go inside the cathedral and we all could have done without the factory visit at the end.

This is the only way to see the Vatican, in my opinion. We had a very knowledgeable tour guide who took her time and answered every question. While we still had to wait on line outside to go through security, but once we were inside there was very little waiting, plus the guide made sure everyone who had to made a quick trip to the loo. She waited for everyone. She even left time for us to have a bite to eat before we went into the Sistine Chapel, although about 10 minutes more would have been much appreciated.
