Driver was waiting for us..was on time. He drove very reasonably, not fast nor reckless. We have been in some scary cabs before..so this transport was really relaxing and made the start of the trip great.

Hop on Hop off is a bit of a misnomer. There are only two stops on this cruise. You still have a fair amount of walking to do to see many sites. So, the cruise is really just a boat ride, not really all that convenient to use as transport like you might for a bus hop on hop off tour. As a boat ride, you didn't see much as the river bank walls are quite high. What you saw was trash along the river bank and the homeless people. We got to see people peeing on the wall. There are two boats on this tour that rotate continuously so you can get a boat every 1/2 hour. When we arrived at 10 for the first boat of the day, we learned one boat was broken...so it would be 10:40 before we could board. We took that boat, got off at the only other stop...saw sites, walked around; and tried to catch the 4:30 boat. But when it arrived, they let folks off and said it had engine problems and we had to wait for the next boat...1/2 hour later.
Don't waste your money...

Guide was very knowledgeable. A word of warning, folks need to read the voucher carefully...you need to take cash for the entrance fees...we didn't see that and were lucky to have the money since only cash is accepted.

Driver was early...a bonus...we worried on our depart that there might be a hiccup. He was early, professional, made the trip to the airport very nice and comfortable. Better than a cab, though more expensive...worth it.
