Everything was well organized, and the tour guide from Dark Rome was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the local tour guides were excellent as well. Visiting the Abbey was very relaxing and just a sight to take in. The wine tasting and lunch was the best part! Don't forget to buy Pici Pasta when you stop in the town; it really is in a category of its own. Overall, the tour was simple, full of quality information, not boring, and not too overwhelming. I would go again, and even recommend going in the spring when the colors of Tuscany are fully alive.
