A very comprehensive and interesting tour. Our guide was very well informed and was able to answer any questions raised. The lunch was excellent value and the boat trip was very interesting. The skipper certainly needs to get a microphone that works though! Learnt so much about the various monuments. I would recommend this tour to anyone with limited time in Washington DC. The icing on the cake was seeing President Obama being escorted out of the White House in his cavalcade of escorts whilst our guide was telling the history of the White House, amazing coincidence. We were so very lucky.

We enjoyed the first half (the south side) of our tour it was very interesting and enjoyable. The driver of the pick up coach at our hotel could have been a little more informative though, of how the day was being organised, before we were transferred downtown into various other coaches doing various tours. The afternoon tour (the North side) followed the morning one without a lunch stop. This pm tour was very monotonous mainly looking at warehouses that had been converted into flats (boring) and not worth the time spent . Morning great but incorporate a lunch stop then just go to Mr. Obamas house and Mahammid Alis area only, back past the football stadium and aquarium now that would be a brilliant tour.
