Flight over Hoover Da m was excluded because president of USA was in town.Hardly any compensation was offered.It felt it was some crude flight to west rim. Lot of time wasted in refueling in the middle of no where.

Unfortunately, for security reasons the operators in Las Vegas find out very close to travel when the President of the USA is coming to town. The FAA and Secret Service put a TRF (Temporary Flight Restriction) in place that restricts any helicopter or fixed wing company from operating as usual. For our suppliers, this usually means either finding a new location to depart from or cancelling customers. These changes always end making operating costs higher and in this case, the helicopter flight time was longer than usual, resulting in a refueling stop. Our apologies for the inconvenience, but this was beyond our operators control.

Going back to airport from the hotel was like taking random a bus from high street.Extremely poor guidance about pick up points. You may miss your flight.NOTE the drivers were helpful once you were on the bus
