The New York Harbor Hop-on Hop-off Cruise including 9/11 Memorial Ticket is a terrific deal! Upon arriving in New York on September 27th, we headed straight for this experience and, for the most part, were not disappointed. It IS an excellent tour and great value! However, one of the water taxis broke down and we stood in line for over an hour at Battery Park waiting for a replacement. Then, of course, the boat was extremely full and got more and more crowded as we hit the next two ports. I don't know if the boats break down often, but this was a disappointment. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed the wonderful commentary of the on-board tour guide and the amazing sights!
