We were happy with this tour. It was interesting to get a glimpse of the Bosnian countryside and to see some beautiful UNESCO sights.
on the advice of the driver and guide the group agreed to leave Medjugorje as soon as we arrived (which we were very pleased about as there's nothing to see but a huge traffic jam and shop after shop of souveneirs).
Even after skipping this though there was still not enough time in Mostar as we would have liked - it was all a bit rushed. But it was still enough to at least enjoy it.
The tour guide and driver were friendly and informative, though there's room for improvement in terms of communicating logistics, providing instructions, etc.
The small-group option for this tour was definately a good choice.
