The reason I have rated the tour only 3 stars is because we did not have what was promised on the trip.
Randy our driver was great but when we arrived at the ranch there seemed alot of confusion. We did not have any entertainment apart from someone singing one song of welcome to people from their countries. A bit of Glen Campbell would have been great. We had no information about the ranch apart from what Randy told us. The Helicopter trip was great, our pilot was informative about the Grand Canyon, but all in all I would say that we were very disappointed
