We recommend this tour!!!!... Beatific view. The tour guide will take you to a restaurant to have lunch....according to the guide, the restaurant is friendly and cheap. I disagree, no costumer service was ever provided...except for rudeness, and quite frankly expensive! In regards to food quality, not the best. I would recommend to go on the bus to the top and come back walking. The experience of the spectacular view of the castle from the bridge, made us forget the rude service from the servers.

I do not recommend this tour. It was sincerely a waste of my time and money. Most of the time is spent in the bus, you have about an two hours to walk around Potsdam, of which there's no one to guide where to go or where to start. You are told you can be picked up either in location A or B.

We really liked this tour, the guide was very knowledgeable in despite of the weather conditions, he never stopped and continue to give us the tour. The only downfall was that upon the completion of the tour. The guide failed to takers back to the initial meeting place. For instance, we met in the zoo train stop, and instead of taking us back to the zoo stop, all of us were left in the sachsenhausen train stop!

We liked this tour very much. The guide was knowledgeable. Gave some time to look around and shop. Dresden was just beautiful, with lots of historical sites. I would recommend this tour.

Overall, the hop and hoff off is beneficial because it shows you parts of the city when you don't have much time. It's stops are in front of main attraction. Would recommend it.
