Honestly, it may have been the time of year, but I can honestly say that I wish I had not gone on this boat cruise. At 9 at night in early October, it's pitch black outside, and they have to keep the windows of the boat closed. Due to the glare of the "candlelight" and the lack of lighting on most of the buildings, it's fairly difficult to see much of anything.
Even if this had been a daylight cruise, I would only give it 2 stars.
The tour route they took managed to position 90% of the buildings on the right side of the boat, and we were on the left, so we could not see anything the tour guide described.
It was very loud inside the boat, and though the tour was listed as "English language," we found the tour guide's accent to be difficult to follow, especially across the loudspeaker. Most of the time, we had no idea what she was saying.
