This was a very enjoyable experience. Getting an early start enabled us to avoid the crowds. In fact, for the first hour of the tour, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Our guide, Claudia, was great. Very knowledgeable and humorous. The pace was not hurried. Highly recommended!

Our agent met us on time at the designated location which was easy to find. Skip the line does not mean you won't spend any time in line as after the ticket line there is a line to store bags (required) then the line to get in if you arrive at opening. But it is still worth it.
