We took the tour bus on our last day in Rome as an opportunity to see again the sites we had seen and to see those we may have missed. We also wanted to have a night tour of Rome. The bus route went to all the major attractions and was within a easy walk to the attraction. The headsets to listen to guide sometimes worked, sometimes did't depending on where you were seated. The best thrill was sitting in the first row of seats on the top of the bus during rush hour -- like a thrill ride at an amusement park!

We picked up the tour at a hotel near the Naples train station following a trip by train to Naples. The tour guide was excellent - he had a sense of history and a sense of humor. He was able to bring Roman life in Pompeii to light. It's too bad that so many of the artifacts of Pompeii are not at the site, but at the museum in Naples. Perhaps, this tour should include the Naples museum as well.
