Time of pick up seemed to us too close to flight departure time.
Bus did not arrive at intimated departure time.
Hotel made two phone calls to agent
Bus eventually arrived 20 minutes late.
Traffic was as 'heavy' as predicted.
We required 'sharp elbows' to go straight to check in counter!
Airline staff very very accommodating as we arrived one minute before the flight closed!

Long wait after being met before departing from airport (over one hour)
Lots of excuses but not sure of real reason.
