This was the best tour of the ones that we took and was just the right length. The guide was well informed and the tour took us to interesting places that you would not normally find on your own. One of the highlights of our trip!

Tis tour was OK but the restaurant they take you to in Little Italy is not very good. It was obvious that the tour operator has a relationship with this restaurant because both tours we took stopped here and we were not impressed either time. Other than that the tour was pretty good and had some interesting highlights though at 6 hours starts to get a bit long.

This tour had issues fro the start. The sound system on the bus did not balance the volume between the uypper and lower decks, so either the upper deck could not hear or the lower deck was blasted out. When they tried to switch to headphones, the headphone system did not work at all. Because of this, they had to return to the office to drop off a disgrunteled customer that wanted their money back; this put the entire tour behind and we were rushed at every stop for the rest of the day. The restaturant they took us to on both tours we took was not very good. At 8-1/2 hours long, this tour was too long; enough could have been cut out of this tour to bring it down to a reasonable length without really missing that much.

Tis was a good show but did not "awe" me as previous Broadway shows had. It is worth seeing but do not expect awesome.
