I was seriously disappointed w the guide Sarah. She rushed us off the bus at every stop and showed little care or patience for those in our group who were elderly. As we were gathering outside the Duomo some asked about restrooms and she didn't know of any! Really? She was a poor rep for your firm.

I was on the fence about even wanting to go to the Vatican. Our tour guide Frederica made this trip amazing...I felt like I had a personal art history instructor/comedienne who painted a very honest picture instead of a Vatican promoter.
