The content was good but the tour company and tour guides spoiled it for me. The tour company kept passing us around like hot potatoes, from one bus to another to their convenience and not ours. "Ossie" the Israeli tour guide was very unpleasant when we complained about being left stranded in and passed around from one happless guide to another in Bethlehem (West Bank).

I have not complaiints about the tour. It was done well. Did not realize the price did not cover Vatican access. It was a good source of initial acclimation to the Vatican. I "Junped the Line" a few days later by buying tickets directly from the Vatican website - saving the cost of the tour.

This is a "must do" upon arriving to Rome. It is a great way to become acclimated at a great price. I did it twice in 24 hours, getting on and off at my own pace. Invaluable!!!

This is a big savings to a Taxi. Had to wait awhile to get going, but was taken right to that place I was staying which was not a major hotel or B and B. I appreciated that very much. I only wish the cost of returning tot the airport was not prohibitive. A taxi was less for me at the time.
