Great service...

We had a picture perfect day to enjoy Muir Woods. It is such a beautiful, peaceful place. Downside, had to keep checking time to get back to bus. Sausalito is something we could do without. Its a small town with shopping and a waterfront, OK...we had lunch.... if you get sick, sit in front of bus!

Good concept not so good execution. The area in/around Golden Gate Bridge is HORRIBLE. We spent 45 min. in traffic to get to a parking lot! IMO they need to split this into 2 loops so you don't have to go through Golden Gate area EVERY time.

GREAT tour! Alcatraz is worth the trip. The City Tour touches EVERYTHING you will need to know about SF. Once you have done this tour you can see the city on your own through the bus system and walking. Using the hop on/off tour is a terrible waste of time. Such an easy city to navigate.

Great service. Only problem was that we were never told to call SUPERSHUTTLE directly to make a reservation. We only a voucher. I called upon landing at SFO to confirm pickup location and thats when I discovered this hiccup. They took care of it right away, but in High Season could be an issue.
