pick up on time and de driver kindly told us de story about de city as he droves de bus with one hand and hold de mic on de other hand. Recommended: Supply de hands-free microphone to de driver, so he can hold on to de steering wheel easily and strongly with his both hands.

it was not a pleasant service from de ground staff, de lady was so cold and has no manners, not much information what she said only "just wait here!" no explanation at all. not happy!!!
