The driver asked us what airline we told him American. Instead of dropping us at American, he dropped us off at the first gate. American was at the very end. He could have dropped us off at that gate. He had to drive by there. They just don't care. All the tours we had with thme were not the best. They are not customer friendly. Won't use them again. Don't recommend them, period.
