Excellent tour! Troy was a wonderful guide! He did a great job driving and sharing information relating to our tour. He was very pleasant and seems to really enjoy his job! This tour was a highlight of our visit to San Francisco!

When we called the shuttle service upon arrival at the Oakland airport we were instructed to go wait under umbrella 4. After waiting 30 min. We were told by bus driver that we were in the wrong spot!:( We went to umbrella 2 and continued to wait another 20 min. For the shuttle's arrival.
