Perfect, our driver was patiently waiting even though our flight was a little late. He was also very patient and helpful when we had to collect a prepaid child's Oystercard at Heathrow....even though none of us could find the collection point and it took some time. He deserved the tip! Thanks.

Jean-Louis our guide was fabulous! This tour covers alot but we didn't feel rushed. The time spent at each location was good, the combination of walking/boat to get about is fun, and our guide was well informed. Great first day tour if new to Paris, don't miss it!

Fabulous. Our guide was delightful! We were the only people on the tour so it was a very personal experience. The whole market experience was so interesting with our highly informed guide, and we went to places we would never have found or known about ourselves. Pricey but well worth it.

Our guide was delightful! We had a fun morning. However I was disappointed (later) to have gone to 'Zara' - didn't know at the time this is a global store! Spent too much time there in hindsight and we then only had time for 1 other shop, lovely Petite Bateau. Unique French shops would be better.

All good. There were no queues on the day we went but its always nice to have a prepaid entry ticket. It's still necessary to go to a booth and retrieve a 'real' entry ticket though.

Driver to the park great. Return driver awful. We stood exactly where told to be collected, and were there early. He couldn't find us in the rain and dark. Not our fault but boy was he abrupt and outwardly angry......and asked rudely after driving ~300m if we would give him a tip. Bad experience.

Sensational! What a novel way to see the sights. Beware though - there's some biking on roads - nerve wracking enough for adults like us who drive on the left and the French on the right but if you have a child on their own bike (we had our 10 year old) - you may spend some time in a state of panic.

Driver was fine but the process was way too slow - 3 groups to drop off and we were last (that's fine, someone has to be). Flight landed at 6.10am and we didn't arrive at our apartment until almost 9.30am. Not good after a 13hr flight. Next time I would book a private transfer rather than share.

Good tour as an overview of HK. Didn't like the stop at the jewellery factory - this is not sightseeing and a waste of precious tour time - just a pressure on passengers to drink awful coffee and buy overpriced jewellery! The rest was fine! Guide delightful, sights excellent!

Only a short time to find our contact person; the process was streamlined at the airport. However, it took ?3hours before we finally arrived at our hotel. TST is a very tight and busy area for a large bus to navigate thro and drop off passengers at each hotel. Will take a private transfer next time!
