Tour guide was excellent!!! Our tour guide was Italian, but spoke excellent English. Her knowledge of art history was excellent and resulted in a great experience. Booking a tour is a must, as the Louvre is so large it can be overwhelming without the benefit of an expericed guide.

The Vatican is a must see, even if you aren't Catholic. Booking a tour is the only way to go. Skip the lines and enjoy the benefit of an experienced guide, which will result on a better experience. Booked a total of four tours through Viator for our trip and everything was perfect.

Our tour guide, Davide, was top knotch! He's a native Italian, but spoke great English. His knowledge of Roman history and his sense of humor made this an experience that my wife and I will never forget.

Experience with Viator has been excellent. Tour guides were good, but two other tours booked through Viator had excellent tour guides, so the bar was set pretty high. A catacomb/crypt tour should be on the list for any visitors of Rome.
