Met quickly on arrival although we were left waiting for final departure for over an hour. We were walked around the airport (although it is large) and asked to wait in several locations for another representative (all in all 4 different reps around the airport).

Met at Hotel and taken to transfer point to meet up with local rep from Lantau, Ryan. Ryan was fabulous full of interesting facts and information about the local area aswell as Hong Kong as a whole. Highlight was the fishing village with short boat trip to view around houses on stilts (see how the 'real' people live) The Buddha is impressive and Ryan explained fully the religious significance so we could appreciate the history and impact this has on their culture. Cablecar ride rounded the day off nicely - magnificent views. The trip was well thought through and is definitely worth experiencing.

The travel company left a message at the Hotel the day before departure advising on the time they would pick up so that we had plenty of time to check-in for our flight. They were prompt, the journey was direct to the departure entrance. Very good service indeed.

Excellent - arrived on time and very helpful

Driver was not there to greet us as promised however it was very easy to locate the help desk in the airport and this was sorted very quickly.

Difficult to describe how fantastic this trip was and our guide - Ralph was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgable
