service was fine when we got to the airport, we were taken care of and the shuttle got us to the hotel just fine, but on the return trip, we were never picked up - so here we are waiting for our shuttle @ 4:30 a.m. finally after 2 shuttles had come from other companies and we passed them by we had to grab the next shuttle from another company and pay extra for that. So ya, not impressed with the operator at all. Especially when I had it paid for in advance specially not to run into this problem.

this was by far one of the best tours I've EVER seen. The Venetian is beautiful and the food was excellent and the gondola ride was very romantic - I would recommend this to anybody
