Our tour guide was knowledgeable and courteous. La Scala and DaVinci's "Last Supper" were highlights. We also enjoyed the Duomo and walking tour. A good overview of Milan's major sites.

The glass factory in Murano was interesting. Burano was very fun; a nice village with great shops. Torcello was interesting, and the basilica was terrific. The boat ride was fun. An enjoyable afternoon.

Our guide was very good; knowledgeable and friendly. Our group waded through flood waters (using waders) for part of the tour, which was fine. Our booking was misplaced by Viator which meant that we were unable to participate in the Grand Canal ride. Viator quickly refunded that portion.

The gondola ride was very fun. The tenor singing in the gondola ahead of us was excellent. The gondoliers were friendly and helpful. The tour was lovely, traversing several small canals and ending in the Grand Canal. We highly recommend this excursion.
