The bus was overbooked resulting in our party of 8 sitting on very hard seats with very low headroom and three of our group were well over 6ft tall. The overall result was that the tour had too many people on it and despite the fact that there was two tour guides we all thought it was by far the worst experience we had during our stay in Amsterdam. Subcontracting this tour was a mistake in trying to make profit rather than pleasure the principal objective.
