Despite being fog bound in the morning and unable to fly in the morning, the staff managed to get through the increased number of passengers quickly in the afternoon and we had a great flight experience. Definitely a great way to see New York, and would highly recommend!!

Fantastic views, not too long to queue, we went up at dusk so saw the skyline in daylight and also at night. One of the "must do's" on a trip to New York.

Gives you a great overview of New York. If you are going in winter and intend to sit upstairs to take pictures as we did, make sure you take lots of layers of clothing as the bus gets extremely cold up there!!!!
